Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being in Land Lots 124 and 133 of the 11th Land District of Troup County, Georgia, containing 0.475 acre, and being more particularly described on plat of survey prepared by J. Hugh Camp & Associates dated January 24, 1990, entitled Survey for Ultramart, Inc. , and recorded in Plat book 36, Page 49, Troup County, Georgia, Deed Records, which plat of survey is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference thereto for the purpose of a more complete and accurate description.
Said property being known and distinguished as parcel numbers 002-3-001-006 according to the official tax map of Troup County, Georgia.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of January, 2014.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of April 2005, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1250 at page 0018.
