CC 165593 NOTICE OF SEIZURE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY VALUED AT $25,000.00 OR LESS On August 21, 2013 agents of the Savannah-Chatham Counter Narcotics Team, hereinafter referred to as CNT, and the United States Postal Service and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) conducted an investigation and prepared a controlled delivery of a package containing contraband to an addressed known as Darius Jamal Collins. After the arrest of Collins, the case developed into a further investigation and delivery to Lance Dillon Flesher at 1955 East Montgomery Crossroads, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia. Parties were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony, Sale of a Controlled Substance, Attempt or Conspiracy to Commit a Drug-related Offense, Possession and Use of Drug-related Objects, and Possession of Marijuana less than one ounce. As a result, CNT agents seized US Currency in the amount of $3,551.00 from the residence of Lance Dillon Flesher after he consented to a search of his room and after he explained the currency to be proceeds from illegal narcotic sales.
