STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF CHEROKEE NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Security Deed executed by Douglas W. Range and Melissa S. Range to Regions Bank dated March 17, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 6973, Page 360, Cherokee County Records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $97,600.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, August 6, 2013, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: "TRACT A" All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 965 of the 15th, District, 2nd Section, Cherokee County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows: To a certain the point of beginning, begin at an iron pin located at the intersection of the eastern Land Lot Line of Land Lot 965 and the easterly right of way of Old Reece Lane (having a 30 foot right of way);thence continuing along the easterly and southeasterly right of way of said road following the curvature thereof a distance of 408.4 feet to an iron pin which is the beginning point of the property herein conveyed; THENCE South 29 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 87.10 feet to an iron pin found.
