GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER -Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Daniel F Telfer and Erica M Chamberlin to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgagae Corp. dated 7/17/2009 and recorded in Deed Book 8144 Page 307, BIBB County, Georgia records; as last transferred to Bank of America, N.A., sbm to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 134,518.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of BIBB County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2012 (October 02, 2012), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 22 of the 4th Land District, Bibb County, Georgia, being Lot 11, Block "E", Section No. 1, Lake Sardis Estates Resubdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 134, Clerks Office, Bibb Superior Court, which recorded plat by this reference thereto is incorporated herein for a more particular and accurate description of said property. There are improvements located thereon known under the present system of numbering as 5740 Sandy Lynne Lane, Macon, Georgia. Said property is the same property conveyed to Sheri K. Williams and Joel P. Williams from Sheri K. Williams f/k/a Sheri K. Pope by a deed dated July 1, 2006 and recorded in Deed nook 7138, Page 189, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. -The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). -Said property is commonly known as 5740 Sandy Lynne Lane, Macon, GA 31216 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
