09-540 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM [REF. Section 48-4-46, to Foreclose the Equity of Redemption for Tax Sale Deed: The right to redeem the delinquent property taxes for the following described property to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 129 of the 6th Land District of Monroe County, Georgia, containing 5.00 acres and being that certain portion of a re-subdivision of Lot 5 in Creekside Farms, according to that certain Plat of survey prepared by Byron L. Farmer, dated March 2, 1995, and recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 135, Monroe Superior Court. Said tract has such size, shape, metes, bounds and dimensions as are shown on said Plat, which Plat is incorporated herein by reference thereto. Being same property conveyed by Limited Warranty Deed from Gateway Equities Corporation to Yvonne D. White, dated March 10, 1995, filed for record April 10, 1995, recorded at Deed Book 457, Page 239, Monroe County, Georgia Records. Being further identified as Vacant Land on Johnstonville Road, Forsyth, Georgia 31029; Map Reference Number 039-006M, according to the records of the Tax Commissioner and Tax Assessor of Monroe County will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five o'clock (5 p.m.) on and after Friday, November 28, 2009. The tax deed(s) to which this notice relates is dated March 4, 2008 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Monroe County, Georgia, April 15, 2008, in Deed Book 1286 at Page 277. The property may be redeemed on or before the 28th day of November, 2009, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Douglas J.
